The Opportunity

As a Physiotherapist, you will be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.

This is an exciting role where you will have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic). You will deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement, consistent with the values and Mission of HammondCare and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

The current role is full or part-time in Melbourne, seeing clients based mostly in Melbourne South and West.

About You

  • Tertiary qualified physiotherapist, with current AHPRA registration and practical experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a Rehabilitation or Aged care setting. This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings or both.
  • You are a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.
  • You enjoy working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • You have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
