Implementation Specialist

  • This role involves leading the implementation of our workplace health, safety, and compliance platforms.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to facilitate implementations, raise risks and issues to clients promptly, and provide a clean and thorough hand-over following implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initialise implementation projects by providing clear information on project scope and deliverables.
  • E nsure timely action and successful delivery of milestones throughout the entire implementation cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate implementations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in an OHS or workers compensation role is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of Implementation experience is preferred.
  • SaaS implementation experience is also preferred.
