Your role in summary

As a motivating leader and advocate, with a passion for our brand and a deep connection to our mission, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance the retail environment and guide your team towards achieving exceptional sales performance and a memorable customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate as part of a dynamic, engaged team to effectively address our customers' needs Contribute to creating a customer-centric store atmosphere by assisting the Store Manager in guiding the team to boost customer interaction through our offerings, initiatives, and advocacy, bringing our brand essence to life Proactively identify and resolve issues using available resources Communicate effectively and serve as a flexible and responsible role model for your team Foster customer loyalty to further enhance The Body Shop brand Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and performance objectives Assist the Store Manager in inventory management; oversee and adapt to changes Utilize provided data (KPI's) to make informed commercial and operational decisions to successfully drive your sales and team performance Identify and attract high-potential candidates while nurturing current team members to achieve their goals Demonstrate interest in and enthusiasm for learning about and leveraging knowledge of the beauty industry, our competitors, and our products

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on people leadership and team development Proven ability to meet sales and performance targets, complemented by exceptional planning and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a culture of feedback Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Experience utilizing data (KPI's) for sound business decision-making is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs Flexibility to work across the entire week is essential
