About the Opportunity

The Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is seeking a full-time Deputy Chief Executive Officer to lead key operational teams and strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of culturally responsive healthcare aligned with BRAMS' Model of Care and Quality Care Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams across Finance, Quality Management, and Primary Health Support
  • Mentor staff through goal setting, performance reviews, and development
  • Implement operational plans for fundraising, income generation, and innovation
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, audits, and grant reporting
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory obligations as a healthcare, NDIS, and aged care provider
  • Lead quality management and accreditation initiatives
  • Manage work health and safety programs for staff and clients
  • Support strategic plan execution and act as CEO when required
  • Build relationships with government bodies and secure relevant grants
About You

To qualify, you'll need a tertiary qualification in Business Administration (or related field), with at least 5 years of leadership experience. Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in guiding strategic initiatives, are essential.
