People and Culture Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill a People and Culture Specialist position. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice on HR and ER matters, support grievance processes, and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer clear and practical guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Assist with performance management, workplace investigations, and award interpretation.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in HR initiatives that drive high-performance culture and exceptional employee experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR advisory or generalist roles, preferably with solid knowledge of employment law and modern awards.
  • Ability to coach managers through complex performance and conduct matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidence managing sensitive employee data.
  • A proactive approach, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
