About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our team in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans, undertaking due diligence, and collaborating with internal teams to manage transactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial loans, reviewing covenant obligations and invoices submitted by clients, and processing construction draw downs.
  • Undertaking due diligence on financial, technical, and regulatory aspects to support credit submission/review processes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to manage transactions, including credit, legal, and finance members.

Skill Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of banking and financing experience, preferably in commercial property and/or construction related financing.
  • Sound credit risk skills, including a strong understanding of balance sheet, P&L, and cashflow statements.
  • Understanding of loan products and documentation.
