Job Description:

The Customer Service Consultant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home. This includes providing exceptional customer service, coordinating admissions, and managing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a sunny disposition. They will also possess intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite and previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role.

Additionally, they will be responsible for leading the customer and administrative experience function of the Care Home, ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest standards.
