Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in road safety project/program evaluation.
Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including external vendors and internal departments. You will provide technical support to evaluation projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of road safety project/program evaluation methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively. This includes developing frameworks, survey designs, and systems to support evaluation projects, as well as identifying and managing key technical risks.
You will also be responsible for reviewing programs and procedures, recommending and implementing necessary modifications to improve efficiency and effectiveness in evaluation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Provide technical support to evaluation projects
- Develop frameworks, survey designs, and systems to support evaluation projects
- Identify and manage key technical risks
- Review programs and procedures, recommending and implementing necessary modifications
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, urban planning, or public health
- Extensive experience in road safety research and evaluation
- Strong technical knowledge of road safety project/program evaluation methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
