About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert Lead to join our Business Banking team in Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our end-to-end ESG strategy for Business Banking, encompassing pricing, product strategy, in-life management, and risk outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive sustainability activities to minimize the environmental footprint of Business Banking, including customer's footprint.
  • Develop ESG propositions for Business Banking segments to support the business and customers in reducing their carbon footprint.
  • Establish partnerships with other companies to drive sustainable practices and foster relationships with relevant industry representatives and policy makers.
  • Minimize the environmental footprint of Business Banking (including customer's footprint).
  • Support the transition of customers and clients to more energy-efficient businesses.
  • Data and risk management across all relevant variables.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with a strong coaching and development mindset.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, and/or digital acquisition in lending/financial services.
  • Proven experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in product or project delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts and practices.
  • Familiarity with project management and delivery methodologies.
