Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to provide flexible therapy services on an as-needed basis. Our goal is to help patients improve their daily activities and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, coordination, strength, and daily function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for improving independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in the relevant state.
- Experience: Prior experience in occupational therapy is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
- Certifications: CPR certification is preferred.
