Property Investment Advisor

We are seeking a Property Investment Specialist to provide expert property advice and tailored strategies to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth property investment analyses to identify financial goals and timeframes using our software.
  • Collaborate with alliance partners, including mortgage brokers, financial planners, and accountants, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
  • Identify suitable property investment options for clients through our national network of property providers.
  • Analyse the financial performance of each property option using our Property Investment Analysis Software.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable property selection and facilitate financing and ongoing management strategies.
  • Assist clients with managing their investment property portfolios through our in-house property management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions through our researchers, providing informed recommendations.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE THEIR LONG-TERM SUCCESS.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a property investment adviser or similar role within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property investment strategies, financing options, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify tailored investment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or a related field.
