- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' industry experience as a Process Engineer, with a strong background in Oil & Gas (or Chemicals) industry.
- A degree in Chemical Engineering is essential, along with general exposure to concept/FEED/Detailed Design activities with an Engineering Consultant or Company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaboration, while proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and deliver results is highly valued.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking is also essential.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure process safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
