Production Operator

Unique Metals Laser is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Operator to join our team based in Coopers Plains, QLD.

About the Role:

  • Operate CNC Laser cutting machines efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure high-quality components are produced according to specifications.
  • Handle raw materials with care and precision.
  • Operate forklifts to transport goods around the facility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in laser/plasma cutting.
  • Australian forklift license (current).
  • Well-developed computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including night shifts.
  • Reliable, honest, and hardworking individual with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Training in machinery operation will be provided.
