E-Commerce Business Growth Specialist

Global Digital & E-commerce specialist is seeking an experienced business development executive to join their Melbourne office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the APAC region, building relationships with retailers and brands, and identifying new partners within our client's core verticals.
Job OverviewWe are a leading Global Digital & E-commerce specialist, offering cutting-edge digital solutions to businesses across the globe. With a growing presence in the APAC region, we are now seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive our business growth in this exciting market.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and account management. You will be working closely with our regional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our existing and potential clients.
Main Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities in the APAC region through outbound sales efforts, networking, and relationship-building.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at retailers and brands to explore potential partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Migrate partners onto new client programmes, providing regular training and support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
