About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our Corporate Finance team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Resources, Energy, and Infrastructure sector, you will play a critical role in managing, building, and growing our relationship franchise in QLD.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies for the acquisition of new customers and identification of new business opportunities in conjunction with product specialists. You will also be responsible for achieving growth and returns targets in line with our REI QLD POD and Institutional's broader strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition and business development
  • Managing a portfolio of high-calibre REI relationships based in Brisbane
  • Providing tailored banking products and services to enable customers to achieve their strategic objectives
  • Collaborating with core product partners to deliver customer solutions
  • Assisting in the management of the Target around the Suncorp Bank lending commitments
  • Leveraging your expertise and ANZ franchise to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Contributing to Institutional being the number one Relationship bank on Peter Lee scores

We are looking for a candidate with proven expertise and networks, a customer and commercially driven mindset, and the ability to translate Institutional/CF/REI strategy to what it means to the business and how we deliver to the customer.
