We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Welder / Trade Assistant to join our client's team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will have solid welding experience, trade qualifications preferred but not essential, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality mild steel, MIG welding tasks
- Read and interpret workshop drawings
- Work independently and as a team member
- Take on responsibility for your own job
- Operate hand tools and machinery
- Assemble parts to quality standards
- Maintain sound safety knowledge
- Hold a current forklift license (preferred but not essential)
- Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently
