About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team at Achieve Group in Townsville. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for completing assigned jobs to a high standard, ensuring deadlines are met.

With a diverse range of work passing through our workshop, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills across various aspects of the fabrication and boilermaking trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor and Operations Manager, you will work both independently and within a team to complete assigned jobs.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Expanding your skills across various aspects of the fabrication and boilermaking trade.
Requirements
  • Trade Certificate (Boilermaker) or very experienced welder is essential.
  • Ability to pass a weld test in our Townsville workshop.
  • White Card, drivers licence, and a strong commitment to safety.
  • A keen eye for precision and quality, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and dependability are a must.
