We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Team Leader.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading a team of professionals and contributing to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensuring that key performance indicators are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Supporting and handling walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximising sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Monitoring and actioning all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
