Key Responsibilities
  • Quote, book and invoice cruise bookings and packages efficiently.
  • Drive sales growth, meeting and exceeding monthly targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels, resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by identifying and seizing cross-selling and up-selling chances.
  • Monitor relevant mailboxes daily to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in customer-facing roles with a focus on sales performance is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry is required.
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is necessary for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure.
  • This individual should be highly motivated, organised, and proficient in prioritising tasks effectively.
