Job Description:

Practice and Inclusion Partners play a pivotal role in driving the region's practice improvement objectives. They provide expert coaching and advice on quality, inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • Collaborate with centre teams to develop teaching, learning, and inclusion strategies for all children.
  • Engage with vulnerable children and families, focusing on targeted capacity building to enhance learning outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely support through our Practice and Inclusion Helpdesk.
  • Share expertise with centre teams to improve teaching and learning for all children.
  • Work with centres to implement Quality Improvement Plan actions.
  • Provide specialist inclusion advice and consultancy to centre leadership teams.
  • Educate and support centre teams to implement and review targeted inclusion strategies.

You'll Need:

  • A 4-year Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning (aged birth to 8 years).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of policies, frameworks, and funding supports for children and families.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, evaluation, and team leadership skills.
