We're on the lookout for an experienced Lead Educator who wants to contribute to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style.

About this role:
  • You'll be working in our centre, operating from 7:00AM to 6:00PM.
  • The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

About you:
  • You're an experienced Educator who is passionate and dedicated to encouraging children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness.
  • Your programming should focus on developing conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore create the basis of your program and the children's learning journey.
  • You possess:
    • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
    • A current Working with Children Check
    • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
    • Australian Working Rights
    • Excellent personal presentation
    • Confidence in collaborating with families and the local community
