Service Director Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team as a Service Director. This role will be based at two of our OSHCs: one in Rostrevor and another in the Metro South.

As our Service Director, you will lead a team of educators to create a supportive work atmosphere and deliver outstanding programs that promote children's growth and development.

Your leadership and expertise will ensure that our care, recreation, and leisure programs are of the highest quality, providing children with the best possible experiences.

You will inspire continuous learning and professional development among our educators, sharing information and knowledge on best practices, policy developments, and community changes.

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible and negotiable hours to suit your availability, with 25 to 37 hours per week on offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to create a supportive work environment and deliver high-quality programs.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices, policy developments, and community changes.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong leadership experience to staff, including training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining standards of service.
  • ACECQA Qualification (Highly Desirable).
  • HLTAID009 Provide CPR.
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
  • Certificate of completion for 'Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care' Training.
  • Food Handling.
  • SMART Training.
