Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Hospitality Officer in our Leeton location. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the catering, cleaning, and laundry departments, ensuring the delivery of quality food and cleaning services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Catering Services
- Prepare the catering area in line with established processes to ensure effective delivery of catering services.
- Assist with the preparation of meals in compliance with health and nutritional standards, providing high-quality, efficient, and effective service.
- Cleaning Services
- Clean resident rooms and common areas, ensuring our village is tidy and free of waste.
- Laundry Services
- Ensure residents' clothing and laundry items are laundered correctly.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an aged care setting (desirable).
- Previous experience working in catering, cleaning, and laundry.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Certificate III in Aged Care (desirable).
- Certificate III in Hospitality or qualification in Safe Food Handling (desirable).
- Barista skills or willingness to undertake Barista training.
