The Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the in-store visual presentation of our stores, including floor plans and hands-on execution of all aspects of in-store Visual Merchandising. You will also train the team on maintaining the VM and placing new product. This role requires commercial acumen and the ability to analyze reports to determine opportunities for each category, review stock levels, and provide feedback to the buying/allocation team.

Skill Requirements

  • Previous high-volume apparel VM experience is essential.
  • You must be able to set standards and engage the team to maintain these.
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence teams and peers are required.
  • A positive outlook and energetic attitude are necessary.
  • You should be able to review sales reports and understand how to impact through VM/stock.
  • Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
