We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visual Merchandising Area Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our VM Creative team and Retail Regional Manager to drive the successful implementation of visual merchandising strategies across NSW and ACT.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating brand and product strategies into tailored store layouts, coaching and empowering Store Managers to own effective VM execution, and driving operational excellence while maintaining a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product collections, briefs, and the overall brand strategy to ensure alignment across stores
  • Evaluate store layouts to reflect brand identity while maximising space and enhancing customer experience
  • Collaborate with the Retail Regional Manager to prioritise store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus
  • Develop and provide coaching and development to store teams, focusing on the principles of visual merchandising and empowering Store Managers to own the execution of VM requirements in their stores
  • Monitor and track the execution status of store VM roll-outs to ensure timely, accurate, and safe completion
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in analysing product performance data and applying it to VM strategies
  • Previous experience coaching and developing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and Store Managers
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
