Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer accounts through regular reconciliations between customer records, payments, and internal financial systems.

  • Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate documentation to support financial integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage debt collection, provide detailed debtor reporting and analysis, and identify, review and escalate accounts where necessary.
  • Drive performance improvements by fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Create and maintain customer master data records, complete bank reconciliation, remittance reconciliations and allocation of customer payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner, identifying any account issues and resolving accordingly through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
