Veterinary Leadership Position
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced veterinary professional to lead our diverse team of veterinarians and support staff. As a Veterinary Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership, clinical expertise, and patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead the veterinary team in delivering high-quality patient care and services
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve clinical outcomes and team performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent patient experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A veterinary science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC)
- Completion of NAVLE, AVE, or equivalent examinations
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and management within a veterinary setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
