Facilities Asset Specialist

This role focuses on delivering excellence in asset management across facilities.
- Data collection and validation of building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment is key to this position.
- The successful candidate will work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of infrastructure, plant, and equipment assets and statutory requirements. Technical experience in multiple areas including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-related plant & equipment within large complex facilities is also required.
A current driver's license and willingness to use a fleet car for work purposes are necessary. Travel within the Local Health District may be required.

Key Responsibilities- Capture and interrogate large fields of data using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning.
- Uphold data integrity in a fast-paced environment.
