Senior Physiotherapist Role

At a dynamic and supportive healthcare organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients across various age groups and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and movement abilities to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide manual therapy, including massage and joint mobilization, to relieve soft tissue pain and improve range of motion.
  • Design and implement exercise programs to strengthen patients' motor abilities and enhance their overall well-being.
  • Conduct patient assessments and create detailed records of therapy provided to ensure continuity of care.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Take on more complex cases and work with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic conditions or complex rehabilitation needs.
  • Supervise physiotherapy students and provide mentoring opportunities for new graduates to help them develop their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in physiotherapy.
