About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year management experience in retail
  • Experience in managing a team of 2-4 sales associates
  • Passion for customer service, retail sales, and fashion
  • Ability to identify store opportunities to maximize sales
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
