About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, with a proven track record of managing a team of 2-4 members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store budget and KPI expectations
  • Identify opportunities to maximize sales and implement effective strategies to drive growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
