Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Consumer & Lifesciences team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing search assignments, managing client relationships, and developing market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search Execution: Take ownership of search assignments, work with clients and candidates to understand search parameters, and execute search strategies.
  • Account Management & Candidate Management: Conduct progress meetings with clients, manage candidate relationships, and provide market advice and recommendations.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on best practices, share knowledge with the team, and contribute to the development of internal systems.
  • People & Culture: Follow company policies, self-manage performance, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven industry experience and exposure to Consumer & Lifesciences.
  • Superb search execution skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
