About the Role

As an Early Childhood educator, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.   • Lead a team of educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a sense of community and belonging
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support high-quality early childhood education
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teaching registration (if applicable)
  • Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
