Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud platforms. This role is crucial in enabling AI-powered innovation, and you will work closely with AI and ML Engineers to deliver the infrastructure and tooling that powers next-generation automation.

The Messaging Enablement team focuses on building intelligent, scalable platforms that support the development of autonomous agents. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-hosted platforms that integrate with .NET applications and support AI/ML engineering workflows.

Your key responsibilities include architecting and maintaining cloud infrastructure, building backend services and automation pipelines to support platform operations, integrating with and supporting .NET-based applications across the ecosystem, partnering with ML Engineers to support model training, deployment, and observability, and implementing monitoring and observability using pro-code, low-code, or no-code tools.

This role requires proven expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and associated services, experience integrating with .NET applications, working knowledge of AI and Agentic AI principles, skills in identifying and executing automation opportunities, and exposure to monitoring and observability stacks.

This is an ideal opportunity for a staff-level backend engineer with deep platform development experience, demonstrable exposure, and a passion for building infrastructure that developers and ML engineers love.
