Nurse Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled nurse to provide high-quality care for all patients in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform health assessments and administer vaccines as per guidelines.
- Conduct post-vaccination observations and monitoring of patient outcomes.
- Triage patients and prioritize emergency situations based on severity.
- Assist general practitioners with minor procedures under supervision.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical data.
- Provide wound dressings and remove sutures according to medical protocols.
- Offer education and coaching to support patients in achieving their healthcare goals.
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
- Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting.
- Knowledge of Health Assessment principles is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with diverse patient groups.
- A passion for delivering person-centred care with a patient-focused approach.
