Policy and Engagement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our policy and engagement team. This critical role will provide authoritative advice, oversee program operations, and mentor and coach a team of Senior Engagement Officers.

The successful candidate will have recent demonstrable experience in a leadership role, with the capability to think strategically and articulate and write logically. They will also have experience in the strategic planning and delivery of participant-centred restorative practices and service coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading program performance monitoring, including analysis of restorative engagement conference data and synthesis of information into well-written briefings and reports
  • Providing high-level policy and program advice on complex issues to support program objectives and recommendations relating to workplace and cultural reform

To be successful in this role, you will have a qualification or relevant experience in public policy, social work, equal opportunity or psychology. Experience working in government and/or in victim support/case management would be desirable.
