Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our community team in Hornsby. As a Community Health Nurse, you'll work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them manage their health. This is a part-time, permanent position with flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home with our telehealth program.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Competent IT skills and literacy
