Lead Clinical Pharmacist for High-Level Pharmacy Services

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy services in the sub-acute area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, medical professionals, and healthcare teams.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in optimising patient outcomes through strategic planning and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality pharmacy practice and patient care.

Requirements
- A current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working With Children Check (DHS)

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
