Paediatric Critical Care Specialist Role

The 12-month career advancement program offers participants the opportunity to develop foundational skills in a dynamic and compassionate environment.
Participants will acquire clinical nursing experience, core paediatric critical care skills, and enable the application of theoretical knowledge to practice within a supportive framework.
Four dedicated study days complement theoretical modules and facilitate learning in the clinical setting.
Access to the Nursing Education team is available 7 days a week to support ongoing professional development during and after the program.
Valuable experience in caring for paediatric trauma patients and those with complex oncology and surgical needs is gained, along with enhancement of leadership capabilities through preceptorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse.
- Develop and refine skills in invasive and non-invasive ventilation and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy.
