Job Title: Senior Healthcare Operations Manager

The Clinical Lead position is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality care and service coordination. This pivotal role acts as the central liaison between clinical and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day clinical operations, supporting staff across the entire business, and ensure compliance, efficiency, and responsiveness in all areas of service delivery.
  • Responsible for clinical governance, including client comprehensive reviews, escalation points for clinical or patient-related complexities, and lead service plan creation, adjustments, and clinical coordination for new and existing clients.
  • Provide operational support and leadership to the nursing and scheduling teams, coordinate case manager RN activities, and facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, liaise with referrers and families to ensure seamless transitions, and oversee stock control, inventory management, and consumables ordering.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in aged care or home care.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work between 6am and 6pm Monday - Friday.
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Current Police Check.
  • Immunisation History Statement.
  • Australian Citizenship or a work visa with no restrictions.
  • Your own reliable vehicle and current Australian Driver's License.
