Key Account Manager - Delivery Performance Expert

We're seeking a skilled professional to bridge the gap between our merchants, delivery carriers, and internal teams.

This role involves managing delivery performance, escalations, and ongoing improvements.

  • Act as the primary contact for merchants and carriers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proactively address any carrier performance shortfalls while keeping merchants informed.
  • Analyse delivery performance data using Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends, optimise routes, and drive cost savings.
  • Support new carrier integrations, pricing updates, and service enhancements through collaboration with product, tech, and operations teams.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, working closely with carriers, merchants, and internal teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to develop pricing strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute rollout plans for new carrier services and international delivery offerings across various regions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management for eCommerce operations, logistics, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Able to navigate complexity, think critically, and create order from chaos.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance commercial and technical needs.
  • Commercial acumen and technical expertise.
  • A driven individual with a curious and analytical mindset.

This role requires a unique blend of commercial savvy, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. As a Key Account Manager - Delivery Performance Expert, you will work directly with merchants and carriers to optimise delivery performance, troubleshoot issues, and design scalable solutions.
