We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic to join our team as a Full-Time Continuing Associate Lecturer/Lecturer in Education Studies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within the discipline of Education Studies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality and innovative teaching and learning practices through the delivery and/or development of lectures, tutorials, and other classes within the discipline of Education Studies and at least one discipline area of initial teacher education at undergraduate, honours, and/or graduate levels.
- Contribute and/or provide excellence and innovation in curriculum, content design, and/or enhancement of supportive, inclusive, and effective learning environments, which includes the practical application of effective support to students.
- Coordinate and/or lead activities, and/or work with the guidance of more senior academic staff, to provide independent and collaborative contributions towards ACU's Vision 2033.
- Total remuneration valued to $92,150 - $124,604 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $77,868 - $105,292 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level A) or total remuneration valued to $134,709 - $158,885 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $113,831 - $134,397 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B).
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.

- A relevant PhD or equivalent qualification in Education Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching and learning within the discipline of Education Studies.
