About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the operational functions and resource allocation of the Indigo Support Team.
  • Ensure all support activities are delivered to a high professional standard.
  • Prepare and quality assure high-quality written correspondence, briefings, reporting, and communication material for a variety of different audiences.
  • Lead business process improvement activities and implement innovative solutions.
  • Analyse and synthesise information from a range of internal and external sources to provide timely strategic advice to the Director and the ETG Senior Executive.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing high volumes of work and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing complex and/or sensitive correspondence, briefings, papers, reports, and other written artefacts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • High degree of initiative, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and a strong commitment to working harmoniously within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a large-scale ICT transformation program in the Federal Government context.
