About the Role:

Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services, and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD. We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our inbound sales team in Macquarie Park.

About You:

  • You have recent demonstrated experience in a similar contact centre Team Leader position.
  • You have exceptional organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You have excellent time management, prioritisation, and administration including computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To lead, coach, educate & develop the team to deliver excellent customer, business, and quality service outcomes.
  2. To establish protocols around best practice process and procedure, effective metrics, and measures of success.
  3. To support meeting growth projections and occupancy targets across our Aged Care Services Portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills in coaching & leading a phone-based team to meet KPIs & service levels.
  • Ability to touch type verbatim notes whilst talking on the phone.
  • Able to provide evidence of Covid Immunisations.
  • An understanding of residential aged care and retirement living fee arrangements and LLLB related legislation would be highly regarded.
