Job Description

As a senior signalling design engineer, you will lead the production, verification, and approval of detailed signalling designs. You will also interface with clients for the technical development and seamless delivery of signalling projects, collaborating with project managers on budget, scope variations, and design delivery issues.

You will provide mentoring and guidance to engineering staff, overseeing their professional development, performance reviews, and training to ensure the success of your team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in design management and signalling project delivery
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • CPEng and/or IRSE licences in Signalling Designer & Verifier
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
