Job Title: Store Operations Manager

The role of a Store Operations Manager is vital in ensuring the success and presentation of our service stations. As a highly motivated individual, you will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and personalising the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet assigned targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Staff rostering, mentoring and training
  • Food preparation and handling
  • Volume cash handling and reconciliations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and operating the console
  • Merchandising, marketing and stock management
  • Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to
Requirements:
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Able to motivate and inspire others
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 30kgs)
  • Outstanding communication across all levels
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to grow and change with the business
