Project Transformation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Project Transformation Manager. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will allow you to develop your skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, documenting and identifying change impacts as we continue to improve our processes and operational activity. This includes developing transformation plans, evaluating the impact of change, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing transformation strategies and evaluating the impact of change
  • Developing communications plans and strategies relevant to transformation initiatives/projects
  • Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT professionals
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and anticipated resistance to change

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Change Analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience in Airline crew management system administration, Information Technology, related field (desired)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing/negotiation experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) is a plus
