Project Delivery Expert Required

We are seeking an experienced Construction and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in delivering safe, high-quality projects on time. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with site inspections, legislation, HSEQ, and stakeholder requirements, ensuring construction aligns with our systems and plans.

About the Role
  • The Construction and Maintenance Supervisor will support the Project Manager throughout every phase of the project lifecycle.
  • You will be responsible for managing hold points and conducting site inspections to ensure HSEQ, environmental protection, and legislative standards.
  • Assist in reviewing contract management plans and verify compliance during project delivery.
Responsibilities
  1. Be a key point of contact for the Project Managers.
  2. Support project teams across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring safe construction and maintenance that meets design, quality, and stakeholder requirements.
  3. Manage hold points and conduct site inspections to ensure HSEQ, environmental protection, and legislative standards.
  4. Assist in reviewing contract management plans and verify compliance during project delivery.
  5. Provide expert Civil/Electrical/Mechanical input during all project phases.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Supervisory/management role in Planning and/or Design and Construction (D&C) project delivery in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil infrastructure or utilities sectors.
  • Trade qualifications preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Civil fields or equivalent experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in construction management; Engineering qualification highly desirable.
