Key Restaurant Leadership Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled restaurant leader to join our team as a Front-of-House Operations Manager.
About the Job:This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front-of-house, providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling and sales, and training staff to maintain high standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure with diverse teams.
Responsibilities:- Manage the front-of-house operations, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensure efficient cash handling, sales, and daily financial balancing processes.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with diverse teams.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
