The Role

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to join our team in New South Wales. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance
  • Lead and motivate store managers and assistant managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor and control wage costs, stock levels, and visual merchandising to ensure optimal store presentation
  • Coach and mentor store leaders to develop their skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, selection, and performance management
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation
